eConsult

You can consult with a Doctor by completing an eConsult form and can expect a response by 6:30pm the following working day. Please leave a valid mobile number in order for us to reach you.   https://shephallhealthcentre.webgp.com/

How to request contact with Our Clinicians (Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists)

We have an appointment surgery in the morning between 8.30–11am and between 3.20–6.00pm in the afternoon.

We are currently operating same day appointments only (unless requested by a clinician).

To arrange for an appointment please call us on 01438 312097, (option 2) at 8.30am Mon-Fri for the morning clinics, or 12noon Mon-Wed and Friday for the afternoon clinics.

You can also complete an eConsult (please see home page) to communicate with us, including requesting an appointment, requesting medication, and general enquiries. 

You will be given an appointment with the doctor of your choice if at all possible.

PLEASE:

  • Make separate appointments for each patient consultation.
  • Use emergency appointments appropriately.
  • Let us know if you can't keep an appointment.

Urgent Appointments

We do our best to offer 'urgent appointments' to patients who feel that their condition is too serious to wait until the following day.

We would respectfully ask that whenever possible, requests for 'urgent appointments' are made as early as possible in the day preferably before 10am. This will result in smoother running of surgeries and less delay to our patients.

Our appointment line is very busy between 8.30am and 10.00am; and between 12noon and 2pm.  If you are calling for other matters please ring after 10.00am.
